Gloria Jean Royals
August 16, 1963 – February 10, 2020
Gloria Jean Royals went to be with the Lord on February 10, 2020. After a three year battle with Breast Cancer she passed peacefully in the loving arms of her husband. Gloria faced cancer head on and fought hard even bouncing back several times. Gloria enjoyed spending time with her husband, her boys, her grandbabies, and family in general.
Gloria was preceded in death by her oldest son, Johnathan James Gibbons. She was also preceded in death by her father, Don Cook; and two sisters, Betty Ann Johnson and Nancy Seales.
She is survived by her loving husband of 26 years, Charlie Royals; two sons, David (Amber) Gibbons and Bryan Gibbons; her mother, Norma Jean (Randy) Reagan; one sister, Sylvia (Jason) Reagan; eight grandbabies, Laci, Lanxten, Kayla, Kylee, Tucker, Cooper, Tatum, and Ledger. Gloria is also survived by her special niece, Nicci (David) Howington; as well as, a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., Friday, February 14, 2020, at Lewis Funeral Home, Milton Chapel.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, February 15, 2020, at Lewis Funeral Home, Milton Chapel, with Bro. Mickey Diamond officiating. Burial will follow Saturday’s services at Memory Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to American Cancer/Breast Cancer Society in Memory of Gloria Royals affectionately known as “Ba-Nana.”
